ABOUT US

Our Mission

The Meiselman Registry is dedicated to documenting, preserving, and celebrating the remarkable contributions of Jack Meiselman to Palm Springs’ midcentury modern architectural landscape.

We are a group of Meiselman homeowners and others who are fans of Palm Springs midcentury modern architecture. Through our comprehensive database of properties, neighborhoods, and architectural details, as well as outreach activities, we hope to create a vibrant community of people interested in understanding and celebrating Meiselman’s design philosophy and his lasting impact on desert modernism.

We believe that documenting these architectural treasures can help ensure their preservation for future generations while educating the public about the significance of this important period in American architecture.

Who We Are

The Meiselman Preservation Society and Meiselman Registry were started by Rich and Susan to document their journey of buying and restoring a Meiselman home in Palm Springs.

As they learned more about Jack Meiselman and met their neighbors, they discovered a wonderful group of people who are passionate about their homes and eager to share information with others.

We decided it was essential to collaborate and share this information with homeowners, future homeowners, local historians, and the broader Palm Springs community to create an accurate and comprehensive archive of Meiselman’s contributions to midcentury modern architecture in Palm Springs.

Join Us!
